Online Travel Portal (OLTP) can be used by any Travel Agent to get an online presence. It is both B2C and B2B as well as administrative dashboard to control e.g. www.raj.travel implemented for Shree Raj Travels & Tours, India’s No. 1 Tour Operator. Multiple Services
It aims at providing the capability for online reservation of various services like flights, hotels, coaches, holidays/packages/tours, airport express etc. It also has online cancellations for some services such as flights and coaches.
Numerous 3rd party integrations
Each of these services may have integrations with multiple providers. For instance, flights service is integrated with Amadeus, Air Deccan, Go Air, Indigo, Jagson Airlines, MDLR Airlines, Paramount Airways, SpiceJet etc. Similarly, hotels service is integrated with Amadeus, Desiya, Tourico, Travco, CTN, HotelBeds etc.

Online customer booking engine – Used by general users using the Internet
Travel Agent booking engine – Used by sub-agents of the Travel Agent
Administration – This contains various interfaces for managing the site, as well as comprehensive reports

OLTP has integrations with a number of payment options including Credit Card, Direct Debit (Axis Bank, ICICI as well as over 19 banks provided via CC Avenue) and ItzCash.
Loyalty Program
Online Frequent Traveler (OFT) is the OLTP loyalty program that is based on a simple idea to build and develop stronger relationships with online users of the site.
Using OFT, a customer can earn points while booking on the portal and redeem Online Frequent Traveler (OFT) points on subsequent bookings. An online user can also view his transaction and OFT Points history that he has earned or redeemed.
OFT Administrator can manage all OFT customers’ Points history using OFT Management section.
1 OFT point will be considered equivalent to 1 INR or 1 USD while earning and redeeming points. |
